All the others offered me future appointments and said to call back if needed. Colby was very kind and helpful and repeatedly made sure that I would be happy with the solutions he was offering. He provided me several tiered options to fix the issue I was having and wasn't pushy about what level I chose. He also provided me with some free advice about what an inspector might bring up on a home inspection, and gave me an idea of the cost to address those issues. The repair was done quickly and thoroughly. I was very happy with their service.
