  Grant and Benson were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous throughout the entire job. The installations were clean and precise, with minimal cuts in the drywall. When they discovered that the joists ran front to back, they proactively adjusted their wiring plan for the new outlet to minimize structural impact — a thoughtful touch that showed real expertise. Colby and Tom were equally great to work with and made sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommend this team!

  I had a great experience getting a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed for my home charging setup. The service was prompt and highly professional. Alex was my electrician. He was very informative regarding the load requirements and provided a thorough inspection of my panel to ensure everything would run safely. It’s rare to find someone so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be using them for future projects!

  I submitted an online request and Tom called me promptly. A technician, Colby, arrived soon after lunch as scheduled. He was polite, friendly, and diagnosed my outlet issues quickly. After explaining the problem and showing me pics of my circuit breaker panel and the faulty outlets, he immediately began work. I will use this company for any future electrical jobs.

  AstroWatt was the only company out of 5 that I called that offered to fit me in for same-day service. All the others offered me future appointments and said to call back if needed. Colby was very kind and helpful and repeatedly made sure that I would be happy with the solutions he was offering. He provided me several tiered options to fix the issue I was having and wasn't pushy about what level I chose. He also provided me with some free advice about what an inspector might bring up on a home inspection, and gave me an idea of the cost to address those issues. The repair was done quickly and thoroughly. I was very happy with their service.
