- APAnthony PetrucciDec 15, 20251.0I purchased a town home here just over a year ago. Living here has been an absolute nightmare . Doors don’t shut all the way. Doors don’t stay open. Floors make ridiculously loud thuds. The fix that the warranty department had was to drill through carpet to the floor boards. You can still feel the screws sticking up. Our furnace hums really loud. It keeps us awake. We had to replace our dishwasher. We need to replace our doorbell. Transformer and the wiring. I have had to replace doorknobs because they froze. When mounting the pedestal sink they drilled through the drainage pipe and didn’t fix it. We had a sewage smell throughout our place for a little. I have some exhaust fans that will need to be replaced soon. The worst thing is when the wind blows you can feel it going across the inside. This is the worst home I have ever had. Poor quality. Wouldn’t recommend DRB to my worst enemy
