  Barry came out to do our service. A capacitor needed to be replaced on the outside unit and inside unit as well. Barry showed us the bad parts and how they’re supposed to look compared to the new parts. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Our unit was installed in 2013 by Webb and is clean and still doing very well. Thanks Barry for being so thorough!!😊

  Chris B was timely, professional, personable, and took the time to show me in detail the work he did. He also went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning my outdoor units which had accumulated quite a lot of dirt and other debris. Upstairs, he noticed a drain line that was incorrectly installed and made that repair as well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the extra care he took, and feel reassured that I’ll have an operational HVAC system going into the summer. Thank you Chris B and thank you Webb! John D

  Webb Heating & Air Conditioning has provided our semi annual inspection for 5 years. Very inexpensive to have our heating and air checked each season.Today Walker T. did a fantastic service, was very professional, attentive and even put on boot booties prior to entering the home. Adjusted a small vibration in the panel attic due to normal wear. Did it while they were here and sent out a helper. Minimal cost. If your looking for HVAC service, new or old, repairs or service, call Webb Heating & Air Conditioning.

  Heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in the repair of my HVAC system. John M. Was especially awesome. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what was needed to fix the issue. He was patient with answering questions and explained it in terms I could understand. The office staff was great, knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. I will definitely keep using Webb for all my HVAC needs.

  My first contact with Webb was when I needed a gas line moved in my kitchen because of the purchase of a new stove. I spoke with Dana who confirmed they could assist with my need. She arranged for Chris to come review my kitchen and basement the next day. Chris explained plans and answered questions and later sent a proposal. Two days later Josh and Rylan arrived on time. They reviewed the areas involved. The project was challenging due to our basement is finished with closed ceilings. Josh and Rylan proceeded to move the line as specified by the stove manufacturer. They were very cautious not to damage tile floors, paint, etc. Within 5 hours the line had been moved. Webb had arranged for county inspection to permit the new line. Josh and Rylan minimized the cut in sheet rock ceiling , but covered this with a nice grill which will allow recurrent access for future technical work. They were thorough in their clean up. The Webb team has strong communications. They clearly have technical expertise. Their staff are pleasant and professional. Great team! I now plan to move my HVAC service to Webb because of their responsiveness, skills, and price.
