Upon completion he explained how the remote control worked and gave me the paperwork which included a hard copy of the procedure manual which I appreciated. I would recommend Webb to anyone!

The second cost $600. I reported the problem last night and now I will be sitting around tomorrow waiting for them to work me in. This company was recommended by several family members. So far I am not impressed. If they can actually fix it, then I'll change my review. I would like to know what I was charged $800 for if it's still broken.
