  Webb was very courteous and professional. They responded very quickly because I needed to have the units installed before the end of the year for government subsidies and it was already December. The installation went well with the only hitch being one of the thermostats. It took several visits and about a month, but I think everything is working as it should. I purchased highly efficient cold weather heat pumps and I am expecting my heating, and cooling, bills to be less than last year. We'll see...

  When I needed to have my heating unit serviced for the winter, I called Webb‘s heating and air-conditioning. The dispatcher was friendly and made it easy to set up an appointment. Ethan was the technician. He did an excellent job servicing my heating unit. He was personable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing, and why. I really appreciated how he made everything easy to understand, and answered my questions without rushing. Most importantly, he got the job done efficiently and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Ethan and Webb for anyone needing heating service.

  Josh Leath did a terrific job leading the team that installed our new heat pump. The team was efficient and left the area neat and clean. The new air handler and gas heater section looks great; a much more refined configuration and smaller footprint than our old one. At the end of the installation, Josh walked us through the ins-and-outs of our new smart thermostat. We’re very happy.

  I have used Webb for the past 10 years for my HVAC system, even having them replace it a few years ago. I have always been pleased with their performance, price, and professionalism. When I needed some electrical work done, I decided to try Webb for this service. They sent Matthew B to my house and he did such an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable of everything he worked on. He completed the job in a timely manner and left his work area neat and clean. I recommend Webb Electrical to anyone needing an electrician, and specifically Matthew B. He was awesome!!!!

  He was awesome. Hard working. Knowledgeable. I felt relieved about this issue. He determined what the issue was and we have a working plan. New fuse box or whatever they are called. I asked for it. Webb still has the finest technicians. Thank you for sending him and the day after I called ( the night) He is excellent. I hope I get him again. Today 2/18/2026 I wrote that review last time. Today’s review: Matthew is amazing and humble. No one can ask for a better electrician. He “gets me” understands what I need to have done, always understands even if I fumble communicating it. He’s focused, worked at a steady quick pace. He explains things if I have questions, but I don’t have many because I trust him to do everything well, and he always does the right thing.. He goes above and beyond excellent. Detailed and accurate. He is a hard worker. He was down in that dark cellar with a flashlight building the circuit breaker box. I asked him if he was ok. Yes. I wouldn’t be. Dedicated. I hope I always get Matt. I’m going to ask for him again and again. MATT My first text said Matt then they sent one with another name twice. I got Matt , I want him to get credit for the excellent and beautiful job he did. My next job I want work done soon adding outlets and I will ask for Matt. Also the girls in the office are good too.
