The Window World team was very professional, from initial contact with office staff, product selection with Chris (who gave us valuable insights on choices), a visit from Brian (an owner) to make sure the plan was ready, and of course the amazing crew that worked with obvious care on their weekend (to get the job done before our holiday visitors). We were extremely pleased with the final results (which says a lot because of my engineering, QA, and aerospace background). BTW, a retired carpenter had suggested we try them, saying they had a fine reputation in the trade and would save us $$ versus heavily advertised firms that we all know. He was right. 🎯 Five stars.

How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
