  Excellent upholstery cleaning from both Patrick and Kyle.Knowledgeable about fabric and specific care for each piece.They were very professional and took the time to clean our sofa and chairs properly.Very pleased.No chemical smells.Will arrange to have rugs picked up.Highly recommend.

  Very easy to work with - the project manager, Michael, was outstanding. He was always available, even after hours, to assist with any inquiry we had. Would highly recommend service master.

  We had an amazing experience with Service Master from start to finish. Neville was the most attentive project manager making sure all of our concerns were looked after, going above and beyond what we could ever expect. Gary and Laura were such a great team. Gary had so much knowledge and took time to give us advice and suggestions and even spoiled our dogs with love every day he came and again before he went home. Laura’s attention to detail was much appreciated and her fun and bubbly personality made her so easy to approach. Fred the painter was quiet at first but once he warmed up to the place he was singing while he worked which we thoroughly enjoyed. Dave and Glennie did most of the tear down and were very lively and comical. And Mackenzie packed up all of our belongings and made sure they were safely transported to storage and safely returned in the end. There were also cleaners that came in but they were so efficient, I didn’t even get to meet them. There were multiple other people who were contracted out for moving, plumbing, electrical and foundation issues all of whom took the most care in getting everything repaired. Neville was amazing at navigating every single roadblock we came to with minimal delays. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Service Master Saint John, Specifically Neville and his team!

  They came to a house I purchased on short notice. We're able to fit me into a busy schedule before the holidays. Not the cleaning end of it but the carpet cleaning anyways. This ment the world to us as the house we moved into was in real rough shape. A gentleman by the name of Patrick came on over. Arrived on time and was pleasant from the get go. He was very insightful, helped us with a few things , and got right to work. He worked quickly and efficiently. Was very friendly during his time there and went above and beyond to really do a great job. He was easy to talk to and great to deal with. Was nice to have someone over that seemed to really care about his job and just be a genuine person. Keep on be you Patrick ! You where awesome ;)

  We are so happy with Service Master. The process was very professional. The team worked exceptionally well together. There were multiple areas to address. We were updated each step of the way. We appreciate their work and would recommend Service Master for any work that needed to be done. Are issue was black mold, water damage, and rot. Thank you for taking care of us!
