I reached out to Steve and said I'm ready for the 2 scissor lifts send over the contract. Contract came and the price was 20% higher then quoted. I spoke to Jacklyn at the local branch and she was going to look into it, almost 2 weeks later still no call. I went to another company and they supplied me with what I needed and was 25% lower than the price quoted. The poor level of service from United rentals is not acceptable. Look around there are other options Thanks united rentals for opening my eyes to better options.
