Not the cleaning end of it but the carpet cleaning anyways. This ment the world to us as the house we moved into was in real rough shape. A gentleman by the name of Patrick came on over. Arrived on time and was pleasant from the get go. He was very insightful, helped us with a few things , and got right to work. He worked quickly and efficiently. Was very friendly during his time there and went above and beyond to really do a great job. He was easy to talk to and great to deal with. Was nice to have someone over that seemed to really care about his job and just be a genuine person. Keep on be you Patrick ! You where awesome ;)

We were updated each step of the way. We appreciate their work and would recommend Service Master for any work that needed to be done. Are issue was black mold, water damage, and rot. I was told all four times that someone would contact me in a few days, and nobody has. The last time I called, the administrator promised someone would be in touch with me within two weeks. Nothing. I'm not normally one to write reviews, but this has been the most unresponsive and disappointing customer service experience I've ever had.
