  Edit 03/23/2026: I have been dealing with the general manager a majority of the time so for Jarett to respond here and feign ignorance is funny. I attached a pic from December 4 which was approximately the 4th time store credit was discussed with Ritchie’s in regard to the issues. I left out some additional details but another super frustrating thing is that Ritchie’s general manager said they would inspect all boxes of replacement flooring (30+) before our reinstall. Not only did they not inspect the flooring (it arrived to my house in fully sealed boxes) but the flooring was from the same defective batch that was installed previously. Eventually a ‘good’ batch was delivered but I still had to inspect every single box before install. Just amateur hour, folks. Now I end this review having to spend a day off from work to finish caulking my stairwells since they did such a poor job. Original review: They ordered the wrong flooring, didn’t accept responsibility, offered a ‘discount’ that never materialized despite multiple follow ups. The floor was significantly damaged and had to be fully replaced which took more than six months! They had to redo the floor patch prep on my ceramic tile due to insufficient material and argued that old glue residue shouldn’t be removed (time savings?). They had to recut several pieces and they missed caulking a bunch of gaps. When I called them on it they left their tube of caulking which was the wrong kind (who uses grout caulking on vinyl floors??). To top it all off, they put a hole in my wall and lied that it already existed. I would give zero stars if that were possible. If you know anything about floor installation, consider ordering the flooring and do it yourself or hire elsewhere!

  We have worked with Ritchies through five different builds and Renos now and we love them. Their customer service is unmatched. The employees are always very happy to hear about our current projects.

  Went looking for budget flooring. Found a close out lot that fit my needs and it was nicer than what I could have bought at twice the pice elsewhere. Salesperson Jeremy Atwell was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. A true 5 star experience.
