  Dylon was very efficient, knew exactly what to do, ,did it, was fun to chat with while he worked. Did a fantastic job! We enjoyed them time. Was a bit surprised at the cost, but grateful to have it done properly.

  Dylan Gavlak was awesome along with all the other guys that came by. Dylan is kind and courteous and educated us on our new water heater. We will definitely use Plumb Tech in the future. Thank you again for your prompt attention and communication during this matter!! 😊

  Both were very polite, courteous, and professional. Did very good work and were good as a team. Explained the new equipment and left job in same clean manner it started in. The company as a whole was 100% on the ball and got our natural gas water heater installed promptly including an estimate within 30 hours. Highly and will recommend. Thank you!!!! My new favorite plumbers in Missoula

  When I contacted this company about repair of my garbage disposal, I specifically asked for an estimate to repair vs. replace and the response was “your technician will discuss that with you.” The tech and his “apprentice” checked out my garbage disposal and couldn’t determine why is wouldn’t run and didn’t know how to “unfreeze it.” I asked for a quote for a new one (which they brought with them) and the disposal cost $179 which I thought was in line. I asked about labor charge (1 hour) and was told $800. Yes, $800!! I said NO WAY! Then he said he would “try to get it down.” I was eventually given a bottom line quote of $450.15, which included the $60 dispatch fee. I said goodbye and called another plumber who was able to see what was clogging the disposal and was able to quickly get it running. No dispatch fee, but I opted to have him install a new one since the labor would be the same whether he just repaired or replaced the disposal. I now have a new disposal with a 3 year warranty for $100 less than the Plumb-Tech quote. Still stuck with the $60 dispatch fee but I will NEVER use Plumb Tech again. BTW -the company I went with was polite and gave me a quote for replacement over the phone, which they stuck too.

  Terrible. Asked them to locate and fix a leak. The tech couldn't figure it out nor took the time to try to figure it out. I Do not recommend them, nor would ever refer them for plumbing issues.
