We used this company a bunch several years ago when Lance still owned it, but lately it has been a nightmare trying to reach someone on the phone who can help me with my bill, of which I am currently being overcharged for services provided. The phone numbers online go to some answering service who have been marginally helpful with answering questions, but they have also gotten service dates wrong, have rescheduled and not communicated it well to me, and lately, the numbers go to a answering service to some other company out of Spokane!! I can't even reach Plumb Tech by phone. What?!? The actual work that was done was done well, as far as I can tell, but very expensive. Not sure how this compares to other companies, but I'll find out because any future plumbing work that we need done will be done with some other company...not Plumb Tech. Bummed about the poor services provided in what had been a great local company.

Luckily, Plumb-Tech was able to send Connor out to take care of my toilet fail same day, so I didn't have to suffer from my own dumb mistake too long. Connor was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and worked fast to get everything back in service. He was happy to show me how all the new parts work, too. I couldn't ask for a better experience, or more professional plumber!

I've had both Noah and Jeff in my home to install a hose bib, install a shower pan, retrofit for renovations, and for some repiping. They are great at working with me to make sure I get what I want and get all my questions answered. I do think prices tend to be higher than some other companies, but for me it has been worth it for the excellent customer support and leak-free plumbing.

He put in more than a full day expertly installing a shower with walls, toilet, and vanity, ensuring that everything was just right and in proper working order. Jeff was friendly, hard working, clean, and quiet while doing excellent work. We are very happy with his work.
