In the end the heater needed replacing and was ordered and installed within a fast and efficient turnaround. The techs were also able to install a complete 12volt heating system for our waste tanks. Wonderful experience from management and staff and highly recommend their services as a one stop workshop.

I had to call because the try pack was running continuously when I shut off the truck. The supervisor walked me through how to change a setting to get it to shut off and turn back on. Unfortunately, it didn't just shut off.When the air conditioner was on it ran down my battery and shut off my power inverter. I stopped by a thermal king contributor in Billings. After two hours they figured out that the settings were not adjusted correctly by the installer. Three hundred and fifty five dollars for 2 hours of labor and hooking up to the computer in the tri pac. I would recommend to anyone, if you have a power inverter in your truck.Make sure they set the trypac up to the settings not to kick out your power inverter /refrigerator excetera. I could have lost all of my food. Their response basically was, Too bad.Good luck 🤔
