    I have had two great experiences with Anderson's. My first experience was for them to winter prep multiple properties. My second was for a gas leak issue in one of the homes. They are prompt in providing services and were willing to finagle things to work around my circumstances of not being available to be there in person for the repairs. I highly recommend their services.

    With Kathleen at the Anderson dispatch desk, she helped me solve half of my problem (breaker) on my own, and then gathered enough information and photos from me so that whoever came to fix my heater thermostat would have parts and alternates to take care of whatever had caused the unit to fail. Ken arrived on time, was very pleasant, knew what he was doing, and had the parts needed, so he was prepared to fix my problem. He was very conscientious in following through on my thermostat and installed a new one in about an hour. I am very pleased.
