- MMmaia802Dec 27, 20255.0With Kathleen at the Anderson dispatch desk, she helped me solve half of my problem (breaker) on my own, and then gathered enough information and photos from me so that whoever came to fix my heater thermostat would have parts and alternates to take care of whatever had caused the unit to fail. Ken arrived on time, was very pleasant, knew what he was doing, and had the parts needed, so he was prepared to fix my problem. He was very conscientious in following through on my thermostat and installed a new one in about an hour. I am very pleased.

Charles was the tech. that did the diagnostics, ordering and the repairs. He was professional and very confident. He seemed to have knowledge about the Rudd furnace he was working on.
