My day started real shitty, backed up septic. Called John he said he could squeeze me in end of the day. He showed up 7:45 pm on a Friday. Gave me shit about not cleaning the filter, we shot the shit while he worked and he saved us big time. Needless to say he knows his shit. Thank you John
I'll share the delightful message I received from their accountant when I asked for a receipt. I was sent the invoice four times and after calling Jim three times and the main office twice he was finally able to figure it out. Not without being unkind for no reason. My company requires a receipt. I don't think that is asking much, but apparently if you think you have the corner on the market, you can act however you want. The owner was also incredibly rude the day of pumping as well more or less acting like we were an inconvenience. Wild.
Absolutely unacceptable driving, intentionally being a bully on the road and got about one inch from my truck because you’re driving on the white line. Speeding through town, going 55 in a 35, and getting way too close to me.
Then I call to tell you your driving is not okay, since you’re a local business, and got hung up on.
Getting one inch from me, riding the white line is so not okay.
You came way too close to hitting my truck for no reason.
John saved the day! Today while preparing dinner, my son alerted us that there was water coming from our basement drain. Quick check and pipes are clogged, spilling sewage water into house. Quick clean up with the old shopvac. Called John to schedule an emergency service. Explained what was happening, and he was able to walk me through a simple (yet smelly) fix that would normally be the cause for the backup.
John was excellent from the first call I made my ask what was happening, so he could provide common problems and how it could be resolved. Three calls later and the blockage was fixed and John saved me a long night of worrying.
