- PHPaul HannahAug 23, 20242.0The guys in the local store know what they are doing and are 5 star worthy but they have become my last place to shop because I locate supply’s before the job via the telephone and the Ferguson Corporate Phone policy is to answer the phone in a call center and send a message for a call back. They say the counter people must all be on the phone but I have made the call from my truck outside the store then walked in and no one is on the phone. Therefore this review gets a 2star and I hope corporate gets the message. I’d rather be given the option to leave my own message or hold for the next available assistant.
