  Empire did the plumbing for my new construction and did a great job. In fact, it was one of the only trades that didn't require follow-up and quality assurance checks. After we got settled, they came back and took care of all the misc. items in a timely manner. I continue to use Empire for ongoing plumbing needs (tankless water heater maintenance, basement sump pump, building out my basement bathrooms). Thanks Mike and team!

  Mike and his team did a really great job doing a repipe job and water softener install on our home. The price was really fair for the work done and his crew was fast and professional. Also huge thank you and kudos to them coming after hours to fix a small issue afterwards. Definitely will use empire for all my plumbing needs!

  Diligent and complete. They are doing a remodel rough in for us. Allan is amazing and the whole team has a great attitude. Really great plumbers.

  We hired empire plumbing for a complete home and the floor plans never changed. The plumbing in the slab was placed wrong in the master and the guest bathroom, The second phase was the rough and they charged more to fix their problem as well as telling me they were to busy to hook up a toilet so we had a restroom for the construction that at this point took almost 2 years. The final phase they didn't flush the pipes which ran rocks and gravel into my system ruining the water heater and softner and still has problems. The final bill was then again adjusted to say they did more work that they did not do. The outside faucet broke and sprayed water all summer until we fixed it ourselves and the drain in the master was painted to look black and now peeled off and looks like a child did the work and the toilet in the guest is still sticking way out over 8" from the wall and is what they charged extra to fix and is still not fixed. The owner is aggressive and verbale when called out to this problem and lied to a collection agency to try to collect money that was never due. This project was over 3 years getting to this place. (already having to replace his work) cost was in the 33k range and way over other quality company's that are honest. Crook!!!!! don't use them!!
