We are a local family-owned business. Mother (Eileen), Father (Tom), Daughter (JoAnne), and Son-in Law (Roy). Tom and Eileen grew up in a farming and ranching community in NE Montana. Later married, and Tom obtained a Degree in Civil Engineering at Northern Montana College and Montana State University. He worked for the Montana Department of Transportation for 30 years and oversaw the design and construction of complicated, high use septic systems for Montana’s Highway Rest areas. He then managed a local pre-cast Company where septic systems were a major part of the business. He was instrumental in bringing a Montana Made Level II septic system to NW Montana. After working on the road for 13 years with FEMA, he elected to remain in the Flathead and assists Roy and JoAnne with developing and growing ASDM into a major, diversified, all septic services business. Eileen raised 4 children, put up with Tom for 61+ years, worked several years at Immanual Lutheran Home, was the Office Manager at the local pre-cast concrete business, and keeps records of inspections. JoAnne, the eldest of Tom and Eileen’s 4 children, married Roy, has worked for many years as an employee of a locally owned Physical Therapy business and is responsible for the accounts receivable / payable and other Office Duties for ASDM.
