- BSBill SemmensOct 6, 20252.0This is more of a review of my Tuff Shed experience, not pointing fingers at anyone. We scheduled our Tuff Shed to be install in August. On the day it was to be installed no one showed up. I had to call the Tuff Shed scheduler in California (we are in MT) who said there had been a scheduling conflict (not sure how this is possible as they do the scheduling 1 month or more in advance). Re-schedules for a couple of weeks later and it was installed on that date. Noticed the trim had not been touched up after installation (lots of scrapes from removing the walls from the trailer) and the vents were not installed - got in touch with Tuff Shed and then had 3 different people sending me different info. Got the touch up and vents installation scheduled - no one showed up again. Had to re-schedule (might get done this week if anyone shows up). The product seems to be good but have had a terrible customer experience with no one-point of contact, schedules not met, no notifications, etc.

She was always available for questions, made changes we requested even after I'd signed documents, and came to our home with paint swatches to make sure our colors were matched. Would recommend working with her and Tuff Sheds.

- LLLegoWaffleManMay 13, 20211.0I bought my shed and waited to receive it, around the time they said it would be done I email the help/support but there was no response I just figured they were busy so I waited an entire month for a reply but didn't get any sort of response then I started trying to call my number on the pamphlet I got when I was thinking about buying one I still couldn't get anyone to answer so I tried the email again and it said that the user I was trying to reach was no longer available, this was all in September and I had to wait until after the new year to get any sort of response, it got delivered and set up and then the roof started leaking I call the people no answer this time they called back the next day I explained the leaking roof and he told me that he would have someone call me I waited and waited and i didnt get a call. -Update they still haven't fixed my leak and they sent me a help email that I never got a reply to I called the tuff shed company and the guy said someone would call to help and they never did, didn't leave a message or anything either.
