  I have a 6000 square foot TPO roof on my business. Scott was recommended to me by my contractor to inspect the roof as it was very poorly "replaced" by a previous roofer. Scott was very honest about what was and wasn't done correctly. He was also clear about the cost of needed materials, what they were for, and the process that would happen as the roof was replaced. He answered my questions with patience and consideration. We had a few bumps along the way with water seeping between seams as the tear off was happening, delays with installation of the edge caps, and a random idiot driving over my new downspout while it was on the pallet (not the fault of anyone related to the project). Scott corrected any damage that occurred or paid for the repair. I highly recommend Christofferson Construction.

  Scotty came and was done with my roof repair very fast. As a former carpenter I was very impressed with his workmanship and how he left zero garbage behind.

  Christofferson's Construction is a certified GAF roofing company and they were so helpful in analyzing and suggesting a course of action to address our ventilation problems. We have 10 buildings in our HOA and they came promptly from Helena, got on the roofs, surveyed the attics, and shared a course of action with GAF. This was on a Sunday when he was so busy taking care of damaged homes resulting from a high wind storm that we had on 12/17/25. You don't find guys like that willing to give a Sunday during the holidays to help out in a time of great need. Thanks a million Richard Garlish Treasurer Vista Greens HOA
