  Limped our Volvo 9700 Bus from Northwest College to their shop with a failed DEF pump. They verified the pump and connector were bad, Once all the new parts arrived they turned to and got us back on the road. Thanks to Tom (Service Manager), Steve (Parts) and the mechanic whos name I do not remember (sorry for that). You guys did up right and I appreciate it greatly.

  Great Dealership. My transmission quit on my Volvo truck.Tom had a Tech diagnose the problem first thing. Turned out the transmission needed to be replaced. Great professional service.
