- GOGavin OnoratoFeb 10, 20261.0Bottom notch uncustomer service. We went around in so many circles just trying to buy new doors that it became impossible. I was given 5 different names and definitions for a door, none of which was discussed when i came in 3 months earlier. I was ready to buy 3 interior doors, i knew exactly what i want also ready to buy the jigs to drill my own holes. I was ready to order and hand over my credit card. Nope. Not anymore. Each definition and name comes with a different item commonly found on doors. None of the options come together in one piece to make a whole door, just certain pieces of the door. None of them come with door frames, those have to be made from scratch which is not what i was told earlier. I was also told windows also dont come with window frames either, you have to make those as well, you just purchase the glass. After going around in so many circles it got to the point where I had to throw up my hands, give up and walk out. Im still not sure if this was a joke as i was being laughed at as i walked out the door. Also someone will yell at you and chase you out of the store like a crazy person if you're looking for a light bulbs they don't like.
