As the wiring is in conduit encased within the concrete roof, I decided not to put my limited electrical skills to work, so I found Mike Lloyd’s website. I’ve had sole proprietor businesses myself so was looking for someone similar. Mike was prompt, friendly and most knowledgeable. He removed the burnt wires, then ‘snaked’ new Romex into 25 feet of concrete-encased conduit. I believe I’ve found my forever electrician!
