- LMLamonte MoultrayMar 12, 20241.0WARNING! In 26 years of construction this has been the ONE and ONLY Porta John company that has completely failed us. My 6 units were cleaned once in 3 months!! We were told it was because the units were unaccessible....yet we NEVER saw anyone come check them or say there was an issue. And, when we reached out to the owner through text messages we received zero reply. I have 6 units from another company in the SAME locations with ZERO issues. Save yourself the grief and hire anyone else.

The problem is that I was told I was going to be sent a bill. I never received a bill. They had my address and contact information. I did however receive a collection agency notice in May of 2022 at a former address, not the address that they had delivered to. The company did not bother contacting me, but rather sent my bill to a collection agency. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. They were unjustified in their actions.
