The consult appointment was scheduled very quickly, the estimate was returned the next day and the job was scheduled as soon as the wood order arrived. The flooring technicians helped me make some decisions mid-install that were definitely the right choices. The only downside is that my new floors are so beautiful I don't want to walk on them. 😂

- DRD RukstadAug 5, 20191.0Soft Touch refinished a floor for me and it was a disappointment. The floor cracked and the fill wasn't sealed and within 6 months it was no better that before. The only response from Soft Touch I got was that I should have gotten a humidifier. After 10 years a floor I had refinished by another Company is still looking great I only wish I could have gotten them to do this one.
