Mequel took the time to explain the problem and his proposed solution so I could make the best choice vs replacement. Then his crew spent an extra day SHOVELING SNOW OFF MY ROOF so they could meet a small weather window and get this done in the middle of December. These guys went through snow drifts to clean everything up before they left. I had one small question after they were done and it was sorted immediately. They earned a customer for life.
