- KBKarl BaerSep 11, 20241.0Local office is garbage. After we paid 50% down they were AWOL for 2 months and when I called to schedule they just showed up on a Tuesday morning and started work. No warning that they were coming nor that elevator would be out of service that day. We have a Physical Therapy business on the 2nd floor. They had to carry patients up the stairs all day. If that were not enough, their accounts receivable department has been hounding us for the whole invoice amount even though they required 50% down to start work. If I were a betting man, I'd bet that TK elevator sees lots of demand in Bozeman but doesn't pay enough for people to live here.

Do yourself a favor and hire a locally owned company. $1,300 for a 30 min visit to fix our elevator under a monthly contract that we already have and is supposed to cover. Absolute scam of a company. Taking to BBB over this. The person on the call couldn't explain why we were charged and keeps saying "with power outages, they're not covered." We didn't have a power outage!
