  Be careful about the pricing at this location. I rented a piece of equipment and was told the price was $400 over the phone. I went and picked the equipment up and asked Johnathon what the cost was as I presented the payment. He said $400, I said “ok” . I used the machine but then the outriggers wouldn’t move up and the control board on the ground wouldn’t move them up. I called their service department and the head of department didn’t know what to do so he sent a service guy out and he arrived about an hour later. The problem was the main arm on the machine has to be totally down and in place but can only be controlled from the basket to get it in place when the machine has the safety buzzer going off. If they knew the equipment they could have handled the issue right over the phone. I brought the machine back and “Philosopher Johnathan” asked how the machine worked. I told him I was down about 2 hours. No offer of “ ok Paul how can we make the down time right with you?” He simply said “sorry” then asked me if I wanted a receipt? I said yes and then went and un hooked the trailer. I got back in truck to leave and looked at the receipt and it was $480, not $400 like I was told by Johnathan there. I understand there might be or some other fee, but my point is when a customer asks for costs I believe your should be given the total! I went back in and told Johnathan in a direct manner that when I looked at the receipt I see it wasn’t $400 and that people should be told about the extras.. I was in fair not nice about it because at this point I gave “Philosopher Johnathan” an opportunity to make it “right with me” when I told him I was down 2 hours at check in. I was a bit perturbed and even more when I looked at the receipt! Sorry Johnathan but 2 strikes already! He just doesn’t have the smarts or understanding of how to serve his customers. Sorry just doesn’t cut it there Johnathan! I was walking out the door and Mr Philosopher decide to tell me “ya know life is all about how ya approach people, and I might have worked with you”, Wrong Johnathan you had the opportunity to “work with me” and you simply were too dumb to get it when I threw the big hint that I was down and couldn’t use the machine for 2 hours. He’s more interested in giving you his philosophy about life than serving the customer. The pricing wasn’t indicated correctly at time of sale and they don’t know anything about their equipment. Bad service, improper pricing and a Philosopher who only cares about how he thinks a customer should act before he will service the customer. Apparently I needed to massage his big fat ego to get him to understand he quoted a bad price and couldn’t use the equipment for about 2 hours. He had the opportunity to make my experience there better and blew it with his own self-interests! Johnathan has no business sense, acts with his own self interests and can’t quite understand the pricing needs to be correct at point of sale. When equipment can’t be used it’s costing the contractor paying for the equipment . Won’t rent here again and BEWARE

  Frank and rental staff are great. I am very impressed by the service staff as well. Quick to respond to problems.... we usually get service the same day we call for emergency repairs on owned equipment.
