  Great customer service, had a hiccup with the new carpet and the manufacturer wouldn't resolve it, but Bill and Ashley stepped up to personally make sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. Very much appreciate their efforts in making sure I was happy with my purchase in the end. No big box store would have done this for us.

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Bridger Mountain Floors, it was clear that my happiness was their goal, and the delivered! The tile setter, Chad, was so polite, always showed when he said he would, or called if delayed...that never happens! I could not be more delighted the the results!

  Absolutely amazing customer service and product selection! The showroom is truly stunning and there is a great selection of flooring options, I was quite impressed. William was phenomenal and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to take my rough room ideas and helped me get the perfect carpet. Not only that, but he helped me get it cut perfectly to size and loaded in my car, which being 6 mo. pregnant was a HUGE help! The carpet is so lush and beautiful installed! I highly recommend Bridger Mountain Floors to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional customer service! You won't be disappointed! Thank you William and Team for everything!
