  During the freeze around Christmas my A/C froze. When it started to heat up for it started leaking through the ceiling into my room. We had them come by and fix. They left nails and insulation all over the floor and didn’t tell us anything. They also didn’t tell us when they left and if they had to come back. Well last night my ceiling started leaking again. They couldn’t fix it the first time and i doubt they can do it a second time.

  They are very responsive. Professional in their service. We have them come out twice a year and service our unit.

  Called them last Monday for a home AC repair. Website promises fast attentive service. Over a week and a half later and no one has shown up and no one has called to offer a time. Doesn't seem very fast or attentive. I just called them to cancel the ticket and explained why. Receptionist didn't even pretend to apologize. Just said she'd try to find my ticket and cancel it.
