  I used this company in October 2024 to install air and heating units in my home. I actually found them through Costco. I initially thought they were good people providing good service. The sales people are good. After dealing with them over a period of time, I was totally wrong. We've had three different problems with the systems since the install and they have refused to take care of the issues. The latest issue had to do with a water leak that caused damage to our ceiling in the great room. We've had three straight line wind and hail storms in Olive Branch recently and we were aware that we had shingles missing. Naturally, we thought the leak was caused by the roof. Now, we noticed the stains in the ceiling right before Christmas. We had a roofing company come out and take a look. The roofing company had us file a claim with our insurance company first and they came out with their adjuster. Between the two, we found out the roof wasn't the issue. We did have them replace the missing shingles. When they investigated inside, they found where the leak was coming from and Mitch Wright was the culprit. We immediately reached out to Mitch Wright (Tuesday, February 24th) and scheduled for them to come out. They sent Dakota. This young man had been to our home before and for some reason wasn't helpful at all. This time he called their office and told them not to cover the drywall stains in our ceiling because we didn't call them right away. Now, what we did was well within reason. We are literally talking about 9 weeks. Considering the time it takes to deal with the insurance company/roofers and two weeks of no activity due to a recent snow storm; are you kidding me? We are not plumbers, roofers, nor do we have any expertise that would allow us to automatically know where the leak was coming from. Dakota is an intentionally deceitful young man and that's all I'm going to say about him. That's God's work! I'm reaching out to Costco as well, because they are a reputable company and may not be aware of the company's practices. I now have to hire someone to come check all of their work and fix the issues, after spending over $40K with Mitch Wright and buying their maintenance plan. I'd stay away from this company! In response to Mitch Wright: The issue is the leak continued until it was repaired, of course! The stains did not continue to spread! The leak created an actual hole and water continued to leak, as well as insulation through that hole. That is what existed when you all came out. However, as stated before, Dakota (who's not honest) didn't report what he was told or what he saw, he literally lied to not take responsibility! You all did come out as soon as I notified you. The problem I have is you all blaming the customer for not having the knowledge/expertise to identify the source of the problem and call you all sooner. It doesn't make sense, you're just dodging your responsibility as with previous issues reported with the units. I should've read reviews and checked the BBB instead of assuming it would be all good because Costco partnered with the company. Lesson learned.

  Thanks to Dakota we found out it wasn't the furnace , water heater or stove, it was the meter and regulator the city came out and replaced the meter and regulator and everything is working, tell Dakota, thx

  Reno at ‘Mitch ‘Wright’ is an excellent technician! He inspected our tankless water heater problem and went right to work getting it fixed, He was very knowledgeable about our issue and we had hot water again within a couple of hours without breaking the bank! Excellent service Reno!
