Windows look good but I was disappointed that two windows on the front of the house were each replaced not with one window but instead with two smaller windows, with a large place between the two windows with trim that impedes the view outside. It was never clearly explained that those single windows would be replaced with two smaller ones. Then, my husband was asked to fill out a survey and the installer stood over him while he filled it out. My husband made a comment on the survey asking for someone to call him, but of course he never got a call. It's disappointing to make such a large purchase and have a less than stellar experience.

When I found out right before the representative came, I called him to reschedule and he didn’t respond. He arrived and I asked him about the presentation and that I’d left a message and a text etc. why did I do that? He got soooo mad and he stormed out of my house, slammed my door, took pictures of my house and left. I called the company to report his attitude and told them that I don’t mind spending the money however, I won’t be doing any type of business with them. If they’ve representatives like that, then it tells me up front about the company. I wouldn’t buy a window for my dog’s house from them. If you’re not happy with any company’s service, don’t beg them to take your money go elsewhere. If I could give a negative zero for this review, I would.
