They did an outstanding job! The shingles look perfect and they installed new ventilation fans on both the house and garage. The crew cleaned the entire yard and repeatedly swept for roofing nails with magnets until I couldn't find a nail anywhere. AND Mr. Parker charged a little less than the other quote I had from a much larger company. I highly recommend them for any work on your home.

Being new to the area I called this company as they repaired the roof and added powered roof vents when we bought the house and hoped they could also investigate why the vents never turn on even on the hottest of days. A young man showed up and was done in less than 30 minutes. He then asked my wife to come inside to check the vents even though I’d told the owner they were too high to reach from inside without an extension ladder. My wife refused to let him in and he left. When I came home and checked the roof I was appalled at the “workmanship”. The hole was only partially covered by a board that extended an inch into the gutter. Thin flashing was nailed at one end to cover more of the hole which I could lift with a finger and posed no barrier to a raccoon or water. Two pieces of shingle nailed on top didn’t cover the board, let alone properly replace the bottom shingles. Any rain would leak into the attic. I called the owner and described the mess. He said the guy who installed the vents wasn’t available so he sent his son. I was promised it would be properly repaired the next week when he returned. Nine days later - no answer and I was worried about water entering the house so I spent a couple hours and fixed it right. I emailed the owner informing that I had removed the horrible workmanship and fixed the roof, advising he never allow the worker to touch another home. Again.... no answer. Now I’ll tackle the powered roof vents to find out why they don’t work!
