  Mark is an absolute godsend. We were quoted roughly $6,000 from a company stating we needed a whole new furnace and few other things. Mark came out to reassure me that I did not need a new furnace. He was professional and so nice. I am glad to know there are still good people in this world.

  Trustworthy, honest, punctual, fair, and works with a great team as well. I have had Marshall of Hometown HVAC working with my (20) year old AC/Heating systems for the last decade or so. This week it was time to say goodbye to one of the units as too many repairs had already been performed, and like I said, it is (20) years old. Sent Marshall a text on Wednesday to setup a whole system replacement. He got back to me right away, had a team here that Friday morning around 7:30 am. The Dynamic Duo of Bob and Bryan were a joy to work with!!! They removed the old units, installed the new ones, calibrated all of the cooling lines, adjusted the heating technology, cleaned up and were gone by NOON!! I could NOT be happier with the system or service! You won't be disappointed with your choice to hire HOMETOWN HVAC!

  Mark was very responsive and had my unit running in 10 minutes. Also checked, cleaned my second unit. Great customer service.
