  I signed a contract with All In One Renovations LLC on 02-05-2025 with representative Kelsey Roberts and she earned my business by stating that her company would pay my $2000 deductible to my insurance company if I received approval. I did receive approval and now she is stating that I am responsible for my own deductible, and I owe her company. All In One is also not transparent about the cost of the material they use and will not give you a breakdown of how they arrive at the total cost. This turned out to be a very lengthy process due to me having a 1st and 2nd mortgage and a one-way line of communication once Kelsey Roberts received payment for the roofing job. I paid Kelsey a deposit of $14,563.50 on 03-24-2025 and I did not hear back from her until I contacted her by text on 04-09-2025 and she told me when she collected payment that it would be 1 to 2 days before I would receive the product. There was no contact again until I contacted her by text on 04-22-2025 about installation. When I received the product, it was left in my yard without any notification. I happen to get ready to leave out of my garage and there was product blocking a portion of my driveway. There was still no contact from Kelsey. I received a text from All In One on 05-13-2025 letting me know that my roof would be installed on 05-14-2025. The roof was installed and completed on 05-14-2025 but there was no showing or communication from Kelsey on that day. Kelsey told me at the beginning of the process that she and her father would be on site towards the end of completion of the roof for the clean-up process and to take pictures of the completed roof. I did not hear from Kelsey until 05-20-2025 asking when it would be a suitable time for her to come by for me to sign my completion papers. I agreed for her to come by on 05-21-2025 at 3:30 pm and when she came by she was asking me to sign a blank piece of paper without any numbers on it; therefore, I refused and told her that I would sign the completion form when the numbers were added. Kelsey stated that she did not have all the information that was needed to complete the form. I rescheduled for Kelsey to return on 05-23-2025 at 1 pm. Kelsey did not show up and to date I have not received my completion papers or warranty information.

  Great business to work with. Always returned my calls. They replaced my roof and did an awesome job cleaning up all the debris. New roof looks awesome.

  All in One did a great job taking care of the situation! Roof was in bad shape and had been planning on calling insurance and was going to find someone to take care of it. All in One came through and did all the leg work for me. It made it very nice not to have to deal with the insurance and all the stress that comes with finding someone to do the job. The crew that did the job was very efficient. Cleaned up the yard in the pouring rain as well. Roof looks great!
