- TRtimothy rogersJul 11, 20251.0After receiving an email that this company was scheduled to service my refrigerator from my home warranty, I called them and gotten no response, even with a voicemail. Although I did have a out of state number, I did clarify I do live in Mississippi. Given the following day was a holiday, I called, left a voicemail and texted the day after. According to the hours, they're available 24 hours. Still no response. The day of the appointment, between 7am to 11am was the scheduled time frame. I called, no response. I left a voicemail. Still nothing. I called the home warranty and they called and emailed. No response again. A few minutes after 11am I called the company. No response. After my call I get a call from them. Given that it was past the time frame and the clear absence of response, I informed them I do not want them to come, and I will be looking elsewhere. I am still waiting on another repairman, but I will not come back to this company. Communication is the biggest key, and that was disregarded to the max.
