I paid online for a trailer rental and it was not there at creosote location so when I called they said it was at seaway location so the info that I had entered into the system was all for nothing because I had to repay at the seaway location. Hassle. Other than that it was a good experience
- MSMaritza SchneiderJan 24, 20213.0Unknowingly Rented a UTV that had slick tires and no 4x4, and emergency brake was inoperable. I rented it to move a boom lift around and it just bogged down. I ended up out $300 for rental plus two days work due to this. They refunded the rental for utv but I’m still out about $1100 dollars. I do appreciate they sent out a tech to help but I was unable to finish the job. The other kicker was the windshield blew away about a mile down the road when I left. I came back and they blamed the guy who loaded it because he put it backward on trailer. ? I don’t know.
- CPChris powellJul 11, 20191.0Scissor lift rental arrived on time. No problem with delivery or equipment, but took 7 days to remove lift from customer's driveway. First call they said "No problem, should be picked up today". Second call was transfer back and forth then hung up on me. Called the phone number on the website. The nice lady called the local office, who told her they had a driver in the area and would pick up ASAP. Rental insurance, that I specifically declined while making the reservation at the website phone number, was added to the transaction. Why was it presented as optional if it is required? And finally, my customer called again today to inform me that the driver ran over their mailbox when picking up the lift yesterday. And didn't even say anything about it. Thoroughly disatisfied with this experience. Its been a total fail for our customer relations.
