- RSRay StewartDec 23, 20255.0We just had a full roof replacement with charcoal Timberline HDZ shingles. Our salesman, Jay, went over all of our shingle options and answered all of our questions, including warranty and workmanship. Jay even met me at a house they had previously done so that I could see what the roof color looked like with the shingles we chose. Jay answered his phone after hours and was in and out during the installation process sending us photo updates as the roof was installed. The crew was equally impressive with the way they handled the installation. Before they started they covered our pool, pool pump, air conditioner and other items to avoid damage during the tear off. After the installation, they cleaned up nicely. Jay even made more passes in the yard with the magnet when he came by to inspect the finished project. If you are looking for a quality roofing contractor at a fair price, call B and M Roofing and have Jay come out to your house. We’re glad we did. The roof looks better than I imagined it would.

He did the research with the insurance company and handled much of the process that was stressing us out. Other roof companies in the area inspected our roof and offered lower grade materials and wanted more money than what we paid with B&M. Better materials, better build quality and excellent customer service. We are very happy with our new roof and highly recommend B&M. If You guys get Jay, relax he's gonna take care of you.
