- PMPatricia MageeApr 5, 20261.0I had an extremely disappointing experience with Quality Engineering Construction regarding the installation of my Generac generator. After paying cash upfront for the equipment, I expected timely and professional service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Communication was a constant issue. Phone calls were never returned, and when I did reach their answering service, the staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. Email communication wasn’t any better—responses came back signed only as “QEC,” with no name or accountability, which felt very impersonal and unprofessional. The situation became so frustrating that I ultimately had to involve the state attorney general just to get the generator installed. That should never be necessary for a paying customer. To make matters worse, I have now been waiting for more than two months to have the system serviced, with no resolution or meaningful communication from the company. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, poor customer service, and unprofessional communication made this a very negative experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and looking elsewhere for reliable service.

Generac says 24/7/365 and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone! Quality Engineering & Construction refuse to pick up the phone! I called a couple of months ago to see if someone can service my generator? I have yet to hear from anyone! this company sucks and so does Generac customer service because I cannot get anyone with them as well!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GENERAC AS WELL!!! My wife works from home and I tried to avoid this before the bad weather but no one will respond to my calls!
