The installation took only 1 1/2 days, and that was due to inclement weather. Robert and Brenda from the sales team stayed in constant contact with me so I knew what to expect and when. The installation team did a great job. The installation was exceptional from the placement of the transfer switch and other breaker box, the wiring, gas lines, and the placement of the generator. The team was professional, courteous and answered my many questions so by the time they left, I had a good amount of knowledge and feel confident no shortcuts were taken. I highly recommend Generac and MS Solar.

The peace of mind provided, knowing all I had to do was thank God, as everything was working as it should be. I had air, power, lights and internet ( meaning my rural telephone was working also)! Best decision ever and installation was quick and smooth. Everyone was courteous and professional.
