  I had a great experience with Alec from High Tide Plumbing. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain the issue and walk me through the repair process so I understood exactly what was going on. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean when he finished. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, but Alec definitely delivered. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I would absolutely recommend Alec with High Tide Plumbing to anyone needing honest, high-quality plumbing services.

  Got a quote to fix washer and dryer valves and box apparently. Was quoted for $1800. Had 2 others came out both said around the $500 range. And they said what I was quoted from this company didn’t really need fixed. Do not recommend. I can’t speak on their skills for fixing the problems but I can speak on the OUTRAGEOUS quote I received. Asked technician for a video/picture explaining the situation and why quote was so high. He said he’d send it and never did.

  Do not call these people! They wanted to charge me over $500 to repair an outside faucet ! I had three replaced last year for under $200! What a rip off! I need to call the people who replaced the last three last year! Then I had to pay $101 for this exorbitant bid! They are nothing but a complete scam for minor repairs! Then, approx two hours later, I received TWO INVOICES FOR OVER $500! Apparently they believe I accepted this outrageous bid! Do not call these people !

  Incredible service from start to finish. Michael and Hunter deserve a BONUS. Not only did they have to deal with an incompetent home warranty company over the course of almost 2 weeks, but they always arrived on time, had good attitudes, and we're not afraid to keep going when things got hard. They were flexible and encouraging. Pricing was appropriate. They cleaned up after themselves. Answered all questions. This is the only plumbing company I recommend on the coast.

  How many nice things can I say about Michael and Lindsay? I want to give them ten stars. We had a leak in our ceiling on my birthday in the middle of the night. Worst birthday ever. Michael was over first thing the next morning to fix the leak. He was professional, fixed our problem, and could not have been more helpful. He called Lindsay to come over and help us make sure we didn't have more water damage mold issues and to recommend someone to do drywall repair. As a team I could not be more grateful to have High Tide helping us out. Highly recommend.
