Weather also pointed out and correct other issues with my new system that could have caused a future problem.. They also pointed out an improper piping installation where 2 different size pipe were used on the same gas line which will eventually cause a future premature compressor failure if not corrected. After further investigation of my system i found out that my system was not a heat pump unit as i had requested. Bottom line- Know who to trust when spending the big dollars on and Ac unit. For now own i will trust Weather because of their service ,expertise, competitive pricing and professionalism. sincerely,

- SISam IammarinoFeb 27, 20261.0I had multiple recommendations for weathers but I did not enjoy my experience. I called at 8:30AM looking for an HVAC repair, and the dispatcher said verbatim “We can have someone there by 10.” I took the morning off from work, but the technician did not show up until 2:05PM, the dispatcher failed to tell me there was 4 hour window until I called back at 1:45 asking what the deal was. The technicians were professional and helpful, but charged a diagnostic fee upwards of $220 for around 5-10 minutes of work. They informed me that my compressor was bad and would have to be replaced. Before I scheduled the replacement, all I wanted was an estimate in writing of the replacement compressor cost/labor so I could provide proof to my home warranty for reimbursement. I called 3 times in the span of a week looking for this estimate, each time having to explain the situation to the same Individual, and they were unable to provide me with this estimate…..meanwhile my house was 75 degrees and I was unable to sleep. Helpful technicians, but their customer service needs some work.
