- SISam Iammarino4 days ago1.0I had multiple recommendations for weathers but I did not enjoy my experience. I called at 8:30AM looking for an HVAC repair, and the dispatcher said verbatim “We can have someone there by 10.” I took the morning off from work, but the technician did not show up until 2:05PM, the dispatcher failed to tell me there was 4 hour window until I called back at 1:45 asking what the deal was. The technicians were professional and helpful, but charged a diagnostic fee upwards of $220 for around 5-10 minutes of work. They informed me that my compressor was bad and would have to be replaced. Before I scheduled the replacement, all I wanted was an estimate in writing of the replacement compressor cost/labor so I could provide proof to my home warranty for reimbursement. I called 3 times in the span of a week looking for this estimate, each time having to explain the situation to the same Individual, and they were unable to provide me with this estimate…..meanwhile my house was 75 degrees and I was unable to sleep. Helpful technicians, but their customer service needs some work.

He worked hard to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time keeping me informed of what was going on and what he was doing to correct the problem also made me aware that if what he did didn’t take of the problem what would be the next step I am very pleased thus for and will let him know when he call back or I will call to let him know.
