  Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Our office system was old, worn out, and in need of replacement, and this company exceeded every expectation. The office staff was friendly and professional, the technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, and the installation crew was efficient, respectful, and left the area spotless—no trash or debris anywhere. The pricing was fair, the service was top-notch, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find companies like this anymore. Highly recommend to anyone needing air and heat services!

  I don’t know why they don’t have a high rating on here! Don’t overcharge or have high prices. They over communicate your appointment time with reminders and call or text you when they’re on their way. Actually troubleshoot to find issue and can and will repair the issue instead of just recommending a replacement unit. My tech Anthony was awesome, he deserves a kudos, that’s 2 issues he’s fixed with my Rheem heat pump for minimal cost compared to what others places recommended and quoted.

  My husband already wrote a review on here, but I just wanted to share more since he got a strange response asking for him to contact them (he had already done that prior to the review). We were told by this company that they could properly hook up our wood boiler that heats our home, and we spent thousands of dollars (right before Christmas) allowing them to do so. With this method of heating a home, your electric bill should be nearly nonexistent. After they got it running, we got a very high electric bill. We looked back at the day-to-day usage on Entergy, and it was extremely high after they worked on the machine when it should have been nearly nothing. When my husband relayed this info, we were told to just wait until the next bill (which was projected on Entergy to be *quadruple* our prior bills). Nick also noticed that no lines were hot and heat pumps kept blowing out, so it was clear it wasn’t functioning properly. Since we knew the snow storm was coming in a few days, we desperately got an expert on our specific machine to drive here from hours away to look at it. He came back the next day and fixed it for *less* money, not needing any of the parts A&H installed and charged us for, and our electric costs even during the freezing cold snow storm were nearly nothing (amazing!), showing that he had done it correctly. The most frustrating thing about this experience is the lack of humility from Air & Heat to own up to a mistake and try to make it up to the client. Mistakes happen. We’re all human, and no one knows how to do everything perfectly. I think a partial refund would have been completely warranted here for the sake of company integrity, but my husband just asked for money to replace the heat pumps that had blown or for them to take some parts back that they could refund us for and potentially use somewhere else. They only seem to maintain that no one at the company could ever make a mistake (and that you aren’t allowed to get a second look at their work?) which is really strange to me. For the sake of a company’s integrity/reputation, meeting a client halfway and trying to make things right just seems like the right thing to do. Or at the very least own up to the fact that it wasn’t working properly instead of acting like we’re crazy. This has been super frustrating and costly for our family, and I just wouldn’t want anyone else to walk through the same thing. I really love small local businesses and don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this has just been really disheartening. They have our contact info and if they prove me wrong, I’ll be more than happy to revise this.

  We had an issue with our heating system (a setting was reset) on a night with a winter storm. Warren called us back at 2am and worked to fix the issue and get our heat working again just by guiding me over the phone. I will definitely use them in the future for any HVAC needs!
