  As a Realtor, I have recommended Tracy to clients for several years and have always been pleased with the results. So, when I needed an inspection for my personal home, I asked him. From a client's perspective, he was outstanding. He was professional and considerate, arriving on time and conducting a thorough home inspection. The report was accurate and made no suggestions about any particular person or company to use. Plus, the format he uses allowed me to go through and itemize the repairs I wanted.

  Tracy was very detailed and informative about his findings on the home inspection. Walked us through on-site at the home and pointed out his potential concerns on the inspection and recommended what needed to be repaired or replaced, and also what was good about the home. He told us about the good and bad. Luckily, I had more good than bad. Thanks, Tracy! Nice Work!
