We had a great experience with West Plains Roofing. Cameron was on point and guided us through every part of the insurance claim process. We paid exactly the bid amount for roof and gutters and received what was promised, along with an upgrade on the gutters, free of charge. Only a couple of small rain storms thus far, but so far so good. Thanks for the great service.

My new roof has been leaking since the company installed the new roof in October 2023. The first time the leak was less than 3' in length along a ceiling joist in one room. It took a while for them to show up to fix that leak. I was told they did. The next rain brought a full 10 foot length of rain drops along the same joist. Again I called after the next rain leaked not only along all the earlier leaking areas but a new 3' long area began leaking too! The next repair brought even more leaks in what seemed like it didn't miss any areas! I couldn't find enough buckets to catch all the drops coming from almost everywhere in all directions! Finally...
A friend hearing how upset I was with the work not being done correctly brought a roofer friend of his to check out the roof issues. The results were not good. The roofers had made so many mistakes. They did not change the flashing, The corner of the upstairs did not have proper flashing at the corner and one edge did not even have flashing and it should have been put on first for the lapping to protect that corner. There were shingles that had nails showing where nails should not be and he recommended the whole roof should be redone correctly. I then decided to call another roof inspector out to look at the roof. He had similar comments and added one section should not of had shingles - it was too low of a pitch for rain to run off and only a flat roof method should have been used with ice barrier over the whole are and the flat roofing material over that. The underlayment should be under the drip edge on sloping edges it was not. Rain can blow in right under the felt. I am waiting for the full report from the inspector who just came today. I am sure it will point out even more problems with the roof installed by West Plains Roofing. If you are using this company get an independent roof inspection before paying them.

I was driving side by side a West Plains roofing truck going maybe 42 in a 40 down Glenstone in Springfield, MO when he started to merge over. We were parallel with each other and when I realized he was coming into my lane and was about to hit me, I started laying on the horn. The driver simply ignored the sound and continued with his merge. I was forced to jump the curb and drive onto the sidewalk to avoid this collision, resulting in damage on my front fender and the rim of my tire. He never braked after the incident and kept driving as if nothing happened. I was very shaken up after this experience and upset to see the damage I now have to pay for and repair.
