We’ve had excellent experiences with Butler Heating and Air. Adam came out on two occasions for repairs. He was very knowledgeable and professional and easy to communicate with. He really seemed to care about what was in our best interests. He was able to fix the 32-year-old system, but we made the decision to move onto a new HVAC unit. Todd came out and spoke to us on options. He was down to earth, easy to talk to, and had a super great style and perspective. The crew came out a few days after we made the decision to replace. They set up a beautiful HVAC unit and explained how to use the thermostat, filter changes and cleaned everything up spic and span when they left. Becky in accounts was equally awesome. This company deserves having a look at.

Beware!!!! A singular star is way more than this company deserves!! This business likes to take advantage of SINGLE WOMEN! My Geothermal system was acting up. I had someone come and change the circulation pump and they suggested to call Butlers to have them purge the system. They came out and hooked up to system and blew a line indoors on my system and then stated that my closed loop system had a leak, that the condenser and coils were shot and whole system was done and needed replaced!! They gave me a quote of $30-40k to replace the entire unit because it couldn’t be saved… they left with line still blown and took some of the fittings from my system with them. Then sent me a bill for $101 after they left my system further inoperable and acted like they were doing me a favor. Saying what they did would normally cost me $700. Another HVAC company said coils and unit is good so we tested closed loops ourself with $25 in parts from a hardware store which showed them to also be fine and no leaks. Had other HVAC company replace pump and he called in someone with a homemade tool to purge the system and all is working perfectly for under $2000. I’ve heard from 3 other single women since that they tried the same thing with them. After talking to Jeff Butler about this he not only would not admit to his employees trying to scam people but also offered zero apologies for a misdiagnosis and was all around very rude. Beware, just because they have the fancy equipment doesn’t mean they are professionals. Email me if you’d like the number of a HVAC man you can trust!!!!
