  Got patio and pad done under deck. Great work, quick, looks nice. Didn't have to remove fence and left grass in decent shape. Would recommend to anyone needing concrete work.

  Nelson Concrete & Construction LLC went above and beyond to add a large patio, sidewalk, 5 concrete steps, and pad all connected next to my screened porch. At least 5 men arrived each day, working from early morning to late afternoon in very hot weather with a heat advisory all week and heat index above 100 degrees. The sun was brutal, yet they worked continuously with only short lunch breaks. These were the hardest working, nicest, and very polite men. Their meticulous attention to precise detail making the forms, etc., was phenomenal! Every worker was highly skilled, performing top-notch work. I have had previous patios poured by other companies in my past and have researched and received estimates from numerous other contractors, but none came close to the expertise, thoroughness, and kindness of Nelson Concrete. Mike, the owner, was on site working along with his crew every day! I appreciated Mike’s time-consuming communication with me. He has been extremely patient from the start helping me with my indecisiveness of options and allowing me to change my estimate multiple times. He continued excellent communication with me to the finish. I am excessively picky about how any construction work is done at my house and am difficult to please, but this group exceeded my expectations. Before hiring them, I was fearful of my screened porch getting damaged, but this crew took extra steps to protect my home and kept everything very clean. They covered everything near the pouring area in plastic and also used a shield while pouring, which kept any splashes off my home. I was amazed at how well the group worked together as a team. They honored every request of mine and always kindly answered my numerous questions. Mike even dumped the excavated dirt in an area of my backyard that I requested and graded it beautifully. I was more than ecstatic about that extra bonus! Before they left each day, they cleaned up amazingly! Their final cleanup was immaculate. They backfilled around all the edges of my concrete and left it very clean and beautiful. My project was completed in 3 days and the super high quality results are breathtakingly gorgeous! This company beats any competition hands down. I highly recommend them; you will love their work!

  Nelson concrete did an excellent job with a patio extension and walkway in my backyard. Mike was on the site the whole time and promptly called when any questions came up. I appreciate the hands-on work from the owner of the company! I definitely recommend Nelson if you need concrete work done!

  We originally hired them to redo our front patio and sidewalk. Price was competitive. Owner was on site and they did everything they said they would do. Communication was excellent and that's important to me. Finished product was top notch. Had another contractor over and he even commented on the quality of the work. So we ended up hiring them to also replace our driveway and they installed a beautiful new driveway within a week. Can't say enough good things about Mike and his company. A+++
