  I recently had a local furnace company come in the dead cold of winter to fix my furnace. I had no heat in the house, and my 11 year old great granddaughter, and daughter lived with me This local company came out twice in a two day period, removed parts from my furnace, left wires on the floor, panels dangling. It was a dangerous mess, leaving me with no heat. Being a recent widow of a Vietnam veteran, this was very stressful. My funds were limited, and was not sure what I would do if I needed a new furnace. After praying about the whole mess, I was led to contact Quality Plumbling, Heating and Air Conditioning. They acted promptly at my need. Brian Hurshman, a Quality employee came out. He was not sure what all was going to be needed, parts. labor or problem. He went right to work upon arrival. In less than two hours he was able to fix the two day mess the prior company made. He had to order a heat pump I believe for outside to complete my problem. As of today my furnace is working good. Brian was on time and ahead of schedule. I truly was not looking for him until Tuesday. He was very efficient, professional and kind. Quality Plumbling, Heating and Air Conditioning is now my go too people for all my needs in their expertise field. I highly recommend them to everyone. Ask for Brian! Patti Hatch

  I had a new 1000 gal septic system installed, replacing a 500 gal system that was in bad shape. From the time they explained the process to performing the work, it was precise and very professional, including the permitting and certification process. Definitely recommend these guys.These guys rocked it!

  He was polite and knowledgeable. Awesome communication on arrival time. He was thorough in detecting the problem and figuring out the process for fixing it. We plan on using him for all our future plumbing needs.

  The technician, Brian, was very thorough with his investigation. He walked me through everything he found and would take care of. He also took the time to explain any and all issues. He additionally gave me the opportunity to online pay after the work was completed. As I was out of town during the issue, I was thrilled to experience such great customer service. I sure appreciate the level of expertise and courtesy!
