We had annual HVAC maintenance performed. Mike was very professional. He throughly cleaned both the inside and outside units. He checked the operation of all the valves and the pressure in all the lines. He discovered a failing capacitor and explained its operation. We elected to have it replaced. Overall, we would highly recommend Mike and Comfort Zone.

Mike was very professional, efficient and friendly. He even arrived early for our appointment. Then he installed our new Nest thermostat and got it working with our phone.
Thank you.

Preston was right on time for the service appointment and wasted no time getting to work. He checked the thermostat, the air handler, and the outside unit for proper pressures and electrical readings, all with me observing. He answered all the questions I asked concerning his tests and observations. He also filled me in on the diagnostic features that are available to Comfort Zone which will allow the company to remotely monitor my system and take quick action to fix any problems that might arise, which is a huge asset to a part-timer at the Lake like me. He was polite, gracious, and knowledgeable in his work. I would be more than happy to have him return as my service technician in the future and if possible, request him.
