He also filled me in on the diagnostic features that are available to Comfort Zone which will allow the company to remotely monitor my system and take quick action to fix any problems that might arise, which is a huge asset to a part-timer at the Lake like me. He was polite, gracious, and knowledgeable in his work. I would be more than happy to have him return as my service technician in the future and if possible, request him.
