  I am an hvac service technician/installer and I rent. Unless it’s an emergency, I do not work on the hvac system. I was having issues with my cooling, and Williams came out and was able to temporarily fix the system until they could replace it. The system was 30 years old and was showing all the signs of soon needing expensive repairs and risk things like freezing pipes, a cracked heat exchanger, or refrigerant leaking into the home. Williams recommended replacing it due to safety, age, condition, and cost of repairs. I agreed with their diagnosis. So did my property manager. There were no pushy sales. They replaced the hvac system and they did a good job. As of now the home heats and cools better than before.

  This will be the 3rd time that yall will have to come out here. It’s the coldest time of the year and yall have not been able to fix my heat. My trailer park utilizes your service and I’m starting to see why. Last time the tech was here, he said that he can’t do anything unless the board is flashing a code. Know what I do if my PC is messing up but not showing a code? I troubleshoot. Even if it takes hours. The moment your guys find a problem, they get overwhelmed. They come up with whatever reason and they leave. I’m sick of no heat. Your crew needs to actually be HVAC technicians and solve my problem. Why else do yall have a job? Just to drive around telling people you can’t fix their problem. Despicable.

  They were very friendly on the phone and they got us in right away. The tech showed up with a meter in hand. In under 5 minutes he was outside on the phone and then comes in to tell me the part he thinks I need. And also possibly the circuit board as well. Tells me the can have the part in the morning for $1000. But right now its working again. So it lasted for about 2 hours and quit again. My normal tech with a different company came the next day. Spent over an hour but informed me of the CORRECT part that needed replaced and it was alot cheaper. So I paid for 2 service calls and the more expensive one wanted to sell me the wrong part. Not happy at all.

  Matt and his team were very professional and friendly. They were very punctual in installing my mini split system. My system can also be monitored and controlled via WiFi from anywhere! You’d be hard pressed to find a better price or quality HVAC system anywhere in the area. I highly recommend Williams Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for honesty & Integrity!

  Called Williams yesterday they set an appointment between 9am-2pm today. Much to our surprise Bridon arrived first thing, shortly after 9! He was clean, courteous, and definitely knowledgeable he fixed our unit in no time! Highly recommend Williams 5 Stars
