  My technician Casey was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and helpful walking me through the repairs needed and quick to get the repairs done and done right. Overall No problem heating and cooling is a great company and would recommend to anyone needing service.

  No problem heating and cooling was fantastic! I made an appointment at 4am because my AC stopped working. Casey was my technician that next morning and was phenomenal. Very conscientious and efficient. He got our AC running and was very thorough. I will be using them going forward.

  Casey was the third person to come and look at our HVAC system. By look, I mean he checked it over from top to bottom. He looked at the type of filter we use and if our vents were open or closed. It turned out there was nothing wrong with our system! He adjusted some settings, recommended a totally different (more appropriate filter) and talked to us about keeping all our vents open due to our type of HVAC system. We now have a perfectly working system all due to Casey spending some extra time to actually look at the system as a whole. I highly recommend Casey from No Problem Heating and Cooling!

  No Problem Heating and Cooling is a top notch organization. I called on a Monday morning for someone to come check my heat pump and Casey showed up, but not before I received a text and email from the company with information about Casey and a picture of him, so I knew who was coming. Casey was exceptionally professional and quickly identified the issue and put together an estimate for a whole new system due to the issue not being repairable without an excessive cost. I am so impressed with both Casey and No Problem Heating and Cooling. I highly recommend this company.

  This company was automatically assigned by my home warranty company when I made a request due to AC not coming on. The technician did absolutely nothing to diagnose the issue with my system other than visual inspection of the wires and when I asked if it was the fuse, said yep it's a blown fuse, it'll be really hard to replace. (For the record, it took me less than 2 minutes to replace the fuse, and this was NOT the only issue). He then said it was an old system and I need a new one, then tried to get me to sign up for a 15 YEAR loan to finance a new system, telling me my home warranty was just going to deny it and I should move forward with them. He assured me that his report to my home warranty company would reflect the recommendation for a new system, however the actual report recommended NO REPAIRS, only that it was old, dusty, and the outside unit has physical damage and isn't level. While these things are true, he didn't recommend replacement of the system or parts, and was didn't even try to fix anything while he was here, so there's nothing to report. They also said they wanted a previous company to come out since I'd had someone out for the furnace in December, also through my home warranty,(and it was fine since they repaired it) and tried to say this AC issue was due to the last company that was out. No Problem has a known reputation for this type of thing on home warranty requests- even looking at other reviews, the same language used by the tech and same issues with reporting were present. Don't be bullied, get a second opinion. Thankfully all I paid for on this request was the deductible on the home warranty and I highly recommend not going through these guys.
